We walked the walks including three new routes for Montana Corona, Barranco del Malpaso, and Caldera Blanca plus extending our Pena del Rubicon route into a long linear continuing beyond the Atlante del Sol across the plain beside the sea to the desalination plant and then by walking trails to the small parking area overlooking Las Salinas before a final bit of road walking brings us to La Hoya bus stop to catch a bus back to Playa Blanca. Coastal Promenade routes for Playa Blanca and Puerto del Carmen have been upgraded, especially Walk 2 to Puerto Calero and on to Playa Quemada.
Buses; Lanzarote's excellent bus service gets a lot more emphasis in the new 2nd edition with updated 'Access by Bus' information for most walking routes. Lanzarote's 'Art' has not been forgotten as we have revised our unique 'Thingy' section to include new thingys, one in for repair, and our meeting with Dieter Noss whose 'Giant Trowel', 'Giant Pick' and 'Giant Coathanger' are a must see while touring by car.
